Coaching
We offer a complete coaching service with the purpose of creating a well rounded athlete and person. Allowing for a comprehensive development process.
Technical Coaching
Technical development is the foundation of a solid tennis player. Good fundamentals, grips, mechanics, footwork patterns/ swings paths etc. Setting the athlete up for longterm success is the objective. The goal in this part of the development they can hit everything, from everywhere, in every way.
Physical Coaching
Whilst building a solid foundation of Techniques and Mechanics, you must be building a solid physical foundation to set the athlete up for success longterm. Solid mechanics without the physical attributes to accompany them will only go so far.
Tactical Coaching
Building the mechanics, as well as the athletes enable us to focus on the strategic game. Once they can hit everything, from everywhere, in every way. We teach the when’s and the why’s of point construction. This is also when repetition, pattern development and recognition of what’s on the other side of the net begins.
Mental & Emotional Coaching
In this area of development we focus on managing emotions that come with performing and preparing to perform at a high level as well as developing a mental frame/ mindset that allows the athlete to compete in a mature and productive manner.
Parental Coaching
As a parent, you play a big role in developing the athletes general mentality toward the sport and competition as well as their responses to the results they experience. Receiving guidance & working together to foster the qualities that both parent and coach see benefiting the athletes success on and off the court, longterm is the goal.
